Sika® Intracrete-EH is an expansive additive with a high plasticizing effect for injections of grout and cement

provides grouts and cement, the following properties:
  • Volume expansion in fresh state.
  • Improving fluency, thus better workability.
 
  • Disperses the cement particles and prevents clumping. The mixture is more homogeneous and penetrates better the placement locations (pods, cracks, voids, etc.).
  • Excellent corrosion protection of prestressed cables.
  • Increased cohesion.
  • A fluidity like, can significantly reduce the mixing water, allowing denser injections with a greater proportion of sand. After hardening, the mortar is therefore more resistant to.

Sika® Intracrete-EH causes an expansion of the cement before curing. The volume increase is due to a very regular formation of extremely small and constituted by an inert gas, nitrogen gas bubbles. These microbubbles are those that give the material its resistance to frost.

Usage

It is used to make cement grouts and mortars at:
  • Injections of prestressing cables.
  • Rock anchors.
  • Fillings decomposed soils.
  • Cracks and holes in the ground.
  • Concreted by injecting fillers gravel.
